Bengaluru (Hybrid Role) Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month PopEzy Beverages we’re building a new-age probiotic soda brand and looking for a creative, performance-driven digital marketer who wants real ownership in a growing startup. This is not just a posting role. We’re looking for someone who can think creatively, generate strong content ideas, and understand how digital growth supports brand building. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Content & Social Media • Brainstorming and proposing creative content ideas regularly • Creating engaging reels and short-form videos • Planning and executing monthly content calendars • Writing brand-aligned captions • Managing Instagram and other social platforms • Tracking engagement and optimizing content based on performance Digital & Performance Marketing • Assisting with Meta ad campaigns • Supporting ad creative development • Monitoring basic performance metrics • Sharing structured weekly reports Marketing & Coordination • Supporting retail marketing activities • Coordinating with designers and vendors • Assisting with marketing presentations and decks • Helping with marketing-related office coordination Who We’re Looking For: • 1–3 years experience in digital marketing / social media • Strong creative thinking and execution skills • Someone who brings ideas — not just waits for instructions • Basic understanding of paid ads & digital funnels • Good communication and coordination skills • Based in Bengaluru (hybrid model – in-office collaboration required) • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Bonus if you’ve worked with D2C / FMCG / food brands.
