Location: Thodupuzha Position Overview We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated Digital Marketing cum SMM Executive to manage our online presence, execute digital marketing campaigns, and drive brand awareness across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in social media strategy, content creation, performance marketing, and analytics. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.). • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics. • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies for increased engagement. • Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions promptly. • Maintain brand voice and ensure consistent visual identity. 2. Digital Marketing Campaigns • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads). • Optimize ad performance for maximum ROI and conversions. • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting. • Handle SEO/SEM activities to improve visibility and rankings. 3. Content Creation & Branding • Work with design teams to develop compelling graphics, banners, and promotional materials. • Write effective captions, blogs, newsletters, and marketing copies. • Develop content calendars aligned with marketing goals and product launches. 4. Analytics & Reporting • Track and analyze performance metrics across all digital platforms. • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, growth, and engagement. • Use insights to refine strategies and improve digital performance. 5. Website & E-commerce Support • Coordinate website updates, landing page improvements, and content uploads. • Assist with SEO optimization. • Support e-commerce marketing campaigns, product listings, and traffic growth. 6. Collaboration & Coordination • Work with sales, branding, and operations teams to align marketing activities. • Support digital campaigns for product launches, promotions, and events. • Build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and digital partners. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or equivalent. • 2 Year+ of experience in digital marketing or SMM roles (preferred). • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools. • Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) are an added advantage. • Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling ability. • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle fast-paced environments.
