The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence. Company: iiiEM – International Institute of Import & Export Management Location: Ahmedabad / Gujarat Department: Marketing Experience: 3–5 Years Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategy: • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for training programs, webinars, and workshops. • Develop strategies to generate qualified leads for export-import courses. • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI. Paid Advertising: • Manage Facebook / Instagram Ads (Meta Ads) for lead generation. • Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube). • Create and test ad creatives, audiences, and funnels. Lead Generation & Funnels: • Build lead generation funnels for webinars and training programs. • Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates. • Work with CRM and automation tools for lead nurturing. Social Media Marketing: • Manage company pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. • Plan monthly content calendars and promotional campaigns. • Grow followers and engagement organically. Marketing Automation: • Manage WhatsApp automation campaigns. • Set up email marketing sequences for leads. • Handle tools like Integrately, Zapier, or CRM systems. Analytics & Reporting: • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads. • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports. • Optimize campaigns based on data insights.
