Job Description: Learning Routes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Google Ads (AdWords). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns to achieve high ROI and business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, and Remarketing) campaigns. • Perform campaign optimization to improve CTR, CPA, ROAS, and overall performance. • Monitor and analyze PPC performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, CPM, and conversions. • Conduct keyword research, including identification and implementation of negative keywords. • Optimize ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies. • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spend. • Track performance using Google Analytics and Ads reports. • Continuously test and refine campaigns for maximum ROI. • Prepare regular performance reports and insights. Required Skills & Expertise: • Strong expertise in Google AdWords / Google Ads. • In-depth understanding of CTR, CPA, PPC, ROAS, CPM. • Experience in campaign setup, management, and optimization. • Knowledge of negative keywords and bidding strategies. • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making. • Familiarity with conversion tracking and performance reporting. Preferred Candidate Profile: • 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Goal-oriented with a focus on performance and growth. • Good communication and coordination skills.
