Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective organic lead generation strategies on social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Create engaging content (posts, articles, videos) tailored to our target audience to increase engagement and drive interaction. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities. Oversee and enhance the company's social media presence, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers. Voice support and live chat Interaction. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on organic lead generation, ideally within the fintech sector. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their user dynamics, and strategic use in different contexts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
