ABOUT WEBREX STUDIO Webrex Studio is a Shopify e-commerce growth agency based in Ahmedabad. We help international brands (USA, UK, Australia) grow their online stores through SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing (Klaviyo), and Conversion Rate Optimization. We also build and run 18+ live Shopify apps used by thousands of merchants worldwide. We don't do boring, templated work. We use AI, automation, and smart thinking to deliver results that actually move the needle. WHAT IS THIS ROLE? You'll be a Digital Marketing Executive who uses AI as a superpower. Your job is to actually execute marketing work: write SEO content, create ad copy, build email campaigns, plan social media. But do it all with AI tools so you deliver more, in less time, at higher quality. On top of that, you'll help us build AI-powered automations and workflows so the entire team works faster. Think of yourself as the person who makes everyone around you 3x more productive. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO Execute Real Marketing Work Using AI: • Write SEO blogs, product descriptions, landing page copy, and website content using AI to draft fast and your brain to make it great • Create ad copy for Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Test multiple variations quickly using AI • Build and write email campaigns (welcome flows, abandoned cart, promotions). You own the content, AI helps you move fast • Plan and create social media content: captions, hooks, content calendars for international brands • Research competitors, analyze markets, and pull marketing insights, all with AI doing the heavy lifting Build AI Automations & Processes: • Find repetitive tasks across the team and build simple automations using tools like Make (Integromat), Zapier, ChatGPT Custom GPTs, or Google Sheets + AI • Create SOPs and workflows that combine AI with marketing so any task that takes 2 hours can be done in 30 minutes • Set up AI-assisted processes for content creation, reporting, research, and client deliverables • Be the go-to person who says "I can automate that" when the team is doing something manually Stay Ahead & Teach Others: • Stay updated on new AI tools, plugins, and techniques and bring them to the team • Test and evaluate new AI tools before we adopt them company-wide • Help train other team members on how to use AI effectively in their daily work The bottom line: You'll do the work of 2-3 people. Not because you work 16 hours, but because you're smart with AI. That's exactly why this role exists. WHAT YOU'LL LEARN (3-Month Training Program) • SEO: How to rank websites on Google using AI-assisted strategies • Paid Ads: Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads fundamentals • Email Marketing: Klaviyo, customer retention, lifecycle campaigns • AI Mastery: Advanced prompting, context building, AI workflows • Content Strategy: Planning, creating, and distributing content that converts • Automation: Building real processes that save hours every week • Client Communication: Working with international clients professionally WHY AHMEDABAD? You don't just type "write me a blog."
