Company: Design1Studio Location: Our office is located near Doddakallasandra Metro Station, (Work from Office – Mandatory) Experience: 2 Years (Core SEO & PPC Experience Required) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives Role Overview: We are looking for a hands-on digital marketing executive with strong practical experience in SEO and PPC. The candidate should be capable of executing campaigns, analyzing data, and presenting marketing performance through structured presentations and reports. Since this role may involve campaign reporting and internal presentations, the candidate must be comfortable creating clear PowerPoint presentations and communicating insights effectively in English. Key Responsibilities: SEO Responsibilities: • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis • Implement on-page SEO optimization (meta tags, content optimization, internal linking) • Monitor and improve technical SEO factors (indexing, page speed, crawl issues) • Execute ethical link-building strategies • Track and analyse SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools • Work with design and content teams to maintain SEO-friendly website structure PPC Responsibilities: • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Performance campaigns) • Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, Quality Score, and Conversion Rate • Monitor campaign budgets and reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) • Perform A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages • Analyse campaign performance and generate data-driven insights Reporting & Presentation: • Prepare clear performance reports and marketing insights using PowerPoint presentations • Present SEO and PPC campaign performance in a structured and easy-to-understand format. • Communicate marketing insights and improvement strategies with the team. Required Skills: • 1.5 – 2 years of practical experience in SEO and PPC • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4) • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms • Strong PowerPoint presentation skills for reporting and marketing analysis • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving ability • Ability to work under pressure in a startup environment • Strong time management and deadline discipline Eligibility Criteria: • Must be based in Bangalore • Work from office is mandatory • Strong work discipline and accountability • Own laptop preferred What We Expect: • Strong execution mindset • Willingness to learn beyond SEO and PPC • Data-driven approach to decision-making • Ability to take ownership of campaign performance • Long-term growth mindset Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month • Performance-based incentives based on marketing results and lead generation • Opportunity to work in a fast-growing startup environment Important Note: Please review the job responsibilities and work-from-office requirement carefully before applying.
