Job Title: Digital Marketing Expert (Performance + Branding) Location: Patia, Bhubaneswar Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Food Benefits (Premium Package worth ₹15,000/month) About The Role We are looking for a highly performance-driven Digital Marketing Expert who can take complete ownership of branding, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in scaling ad campaigns and is excited to build from scratch in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) • Manage ad budgets efficiently with a proven ability to scale campaigns • Deliver consistent 5X+ ROI on campaigns • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve performance Branding & Growth • Build and execute end-to-end branding strategies • Develop positioning, messaging, and storytelling for the brand • Oversee social media growth, engagement, and content direction • Ensure brand consistency across all channels Funnel & Conversion Optimization • Design and optimize customer acquisition funnels (ads → landing → conversion) • Improve conversion rates through data-driven decisions • Work on retargeting and lifecycle marketing strategies Analytics & Reporting • Track KPIs like CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports • Use insights to continuously refine marketing strategies Startup Execution • Work closely with founders on growth experiments • Handle 0→1 marketing setup and scaling strategies • Bring innovative, low-cost growth hacks alongside paid ads Requirements • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing • Must have managed ₹10+ lakh ad spend on Meta Ads • Proven track record of achieving 5X+ ROI on campaigns • Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnels, and analytics • Experience in handling end-to-end branding and marketing • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment • Strong ownership mindset and execution speed What We Offer • Competitive salary (₹30K–₹40K/month) • Premium food package worth ₹15,000/month • Opportunity to build and scale brands from ground up • Direct exposure to business strategy and founder-level decisions • High ownership and rapid career growth Who Should Apply? • Someone who prefers execution over theory • Someone who wants to build something big from scratch • Someone comfortable with uncertainty, speed, and responsibility Skills: performance marketing,campaigns,branding,digital marketing
