About the Role We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Head to lead our overall digital growth strategy across India, the UK, and the US. The ideal candidate will drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue through strong performance marketing, SEO, social media, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy focused on acquisition, engagement, and retention. • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team across performance, SEO, social media, content, and CRM. • Manage and optimize large marketing budgets with clear ROI and KPI targets. • Run and scale performance campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Affiliates, and CRM using CPC/CPA/CPT models. • Oversee SEO strategy for E-commerce, Service-based, and Product-based businesses. • Guide content creation for blogs, newsletters, PR, and organic social platforms. • Utilize analytics tools to track performance and generate actionable insights. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Tech teams to ensure alignment. • Build strong creative strategies and drive experimentation for continuous improvement. • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
