Hiring: Digital Marketing Lead (Global B2B | SQL & Revenue Focus) (agency background with 5 years of exp) Location: Sattadhar, Ahmedabad (Hybrid)| 5 days We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who has actually built pipeline in global B2B markets — not just generated leads. If you’ve driven SQLs and revenue from USA, UK, AU/NZ markets, this role is for you. 💼 What You’ll Own • End-to-end global demand generation strategy • Consistent, high-quality SQL pipeline aligned to revenue • Paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn & Meta • Full funnel: Traffic → MQL → SQL → Revenue • ABM & high-intent lead strategies • Landing pages, messaging & funnel optimization • Core metrics: CAC, CPL, ROAS, pipeline contribution • Marketing → Sales alignment to improve conversions & deal velocity 🎯 What We Need • 5–10 years in B2B digital marketing (global markets) • Proven track record of generating SQLs + revenue internationally • Experience in services / high-ticket B2B • Strong hands-on with LinkedIn Ads & Google Ads • Experience with ABM, intent-based marketing • Familiar with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4 • Agency or performance-driven background preferred 🔍 Who Fits Best • You’ve built pipeline from US/UK/AU markets • You think in revenue, not just leads • You understand global B2B buying behavior • You take ownership, not instructions
