Demand Generation & Revenue Growth • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across: website, SEO, SEM, email, social media, marketing automation, and display channels. • Drive consistent SQL generation for assigned service verticals and collaborate closely with sales to improve lead quality, conversion, and deal closure. • Design and manage full-funnel growth programs that move prospects from awareness to revenue. Campaign & Funnel Optimization • Build high-performing landing pages, offers, lead magnets, and nurture journeys in collaboration with content, design, and sales teams. • Instrument conversion points and continuously optimize user funnels to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity. • Analyze end-to-end customer journeys across multiple channels and touchpoints to improve experience and ROI. Performance Management & Analytics • Measure and report campaign performance against business goals, including SQL volume, pipeline contribution, CAC, ROI, and channel efficiency. • Identify trends and insights from data and optimize marketing investments accordingly. Brand & Market Presence • Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand presence across all digital channels and platforms. • Drive strategic collaborations and partnerships to accelerate business growth. • Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms and provide leadership on adoption where it creates measurable business advantage. Leadership & Team Development • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of digital marketing and lead generation executives to achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets. • Create clear execution frameworks, performance benchmarks, and accountability structures Requirements - • 5–9 years of experience in inbound marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation. • Proven track record of driving SQLs and revenue growth in a B2B services environment. • Strong expertise in SEO, paid media, email marketing, marketing automation, and CRO. • Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar. • Advanced analytical skills with ability to translate data into growth actions. • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
