Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Hosur. In this role, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies, optimizing digital campaigns, overseeing social media accounts, managing performance marketing initiatives, and generating leads. The role includes analyzing web analytics to measure campaign success, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing actionable solutions to enhance ROI. Collaboration with various teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives will also be a key part of the role. Qualifications - Expertise in Digital Marketing, including SEO, PPC, and performance marketing. - Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation strategies. - Strong knowledge of Marketing techniques and Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). - Proven ability to design and execute effective campaigns targeting various demographics. - Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills. - Proficiency in using marketing platforms and tools. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience in managing budgets and KPIs. - Prior experience in team leadership is a plus.
