About the job

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Ernakulam. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing and monitoring digital marketing strategies to enhance Finprov's online presence. Daily tasks include overseeing social media marketing campaigns, driving lead generation efforts, analyzing web performance metrics, and optimizing marketing campaigns to meet organizational goals. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement creative digital marketing initiatives and continuously improve marketing outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Ø Develop and execute digital marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets. Ø Lead and manage Performance Marketing, SEO, and Content teams Ø Plan and execute paid campaigns across all social media platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn Ø Monitor and improve CPL, cost per admission, conversion rate, and ROI Ø Manage monthly and annual digital marketing budgets and ensure optimal spend efficiency Ø Coordinate with tech team and ensure proper lead integration with CRM (LeadSquared). Ø Track lead quality, follow-up status and conversion rates Ø Coordinate with Sales team managers/leaders to improve lead-to-admission ratio. Ø Oversee WhatsApp automation, retargeting lists, and remarketing strategies. Ø Develop and execute digital branding strategies to improve brand recall in Kerala, Karnataka and UAE markets. Ø Oversee Social media calendar, reels and video campaigns, testimonial campaigns, festive & admission campaigns Ø Drive organic growth through SEO and content strategy Ø Monitor Google Analytics & Search Console performance. Ø Guide the content and creative team for ad creatives, video scripts, campaign messaging. Ø Review performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations Ø Conduct performance reviews and training sessions for the DM team Ø Oversee the academic operations of Finprov Digital Skills School, ensuring course quality, curriculum relevance, and alignment with industry trends. Ø Coordinate with trainers and academic team to maintain training standards and student satisfaction.
