Role Description We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on-site in Kalka. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing strategies, analyzing web analytics data to refine campaigns, and optimizing online presence to drive lead generation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to oversee social media management, create performance-driven marketing campaigns, and drive brand engagement through digital platforms. Qualifications • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, with experience managing platforms and creating engaging content • Strong skills in Lead Generation and Digital Marketing, focusing on developing effective campaigns to drive audience growth and conversion • Knowledge of Web Analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and inform strategies • Solid understanding and experience in general Marketing practices, with a focus on delivering measurable results • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Experience in youth-focused campaigns or brands is a plus • Familiarity with emerging digital marketing trends and tools
