Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Design and execute integrated digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content) to meet KPIs. Campaign Management: Oversee budget allocation, content creation, execution, and optimization across all digital channels. Performance Analytics: Monitor key metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rates) using tools like Google Analytics, providing data-driven insights and reports. SEO/SEM: Manage paid and organic search efforts, optimize keywords, and improve website performance. Social Media: Develop strategies, manage content, and run campaigns on relevant platforms. Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and automation. Content Collaboration: Work with content/design teams to produce high-performing creative and landing pages. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Sales, Content, and other teams for cohesive initiatives. Market Research: Stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior. Team Leadership (Optional): Mentor junior team members and guide marketing efforts. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in digital marketing roles. Expertise in SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics & data interpretation. Excellent project management, communication, and creative skills. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools. Data-driven mindset focused on ROI and conversion optimization.
