Position Summary The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, and support business objectives across all online channels. This role manages all digital touchpoints including social media, digital advertising, influencer partnerships, content creation ... , and website management.The ideal candidate brings a balance of creative insight and data-driven execution. They are expected to stay current with social media trends, platform innovations, and AI-driven tools, while working closely with brand teams to connect digital activity with on-ground marketing initiatives. This role plays a critical part in building impactful digital ecosystems tailored to each brand.Key Responsibilities• Plan and implement tailored digital marketing strategies for each brand, aligned with overall brand positioning and campaign goals.• Lead the development and execution of content strategies across major platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Viber—each with its own tailored approach.• Collaborate with brand teams and creative partners to create, curate, and schedule engaging, platform-specific content.• Oversee development and continuous updates of both brand and corporate websites, in partnership with web development agencies, ensuring they remain optimized and up to date.• Identify, engage, and manage influencer and content creator collaborations that align with brand messaging and audience relevance.• Establish and manage partnerships with digital agencies, ensuring clarity of objectives, timelines, and measurable outcomes.• Track, analyze, and report social media KPIs including reach, engagement, video views, click-through rates, and conversions to evaluate campaign success.• Lead paid digital campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and others to support awareness and performance marketing objectives.• Integrate digital engagement into offline brand activations, working closely with the brand and events teams.• Develop and implement A/B testing, content variations, and targeting strategies to optimize campaign outcomes.• Ensure all digital content maintains consistency in brand voice, messaging, and long-term brand equity.Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; certification in Digital Marketing is advantageous.• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with proven success in social media management, paid advertising, and content strategy.• Experience in managing influencer partnerships, digital storytelling, and content calendar planning.• Comfortable working with website development teams and managing brand and corporate website updates.• In-depth understanding of platform-specific algorithms, content trends, and performance metrics.• Proficiency in digital tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Creator Studio.• Experience in product handling, including product positioning, campaign execution, and performance tracking.• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.• Knowledge of AI applications in marketing and an interest in gaming and e-sports is a distinct advantage.
