About the job

As a Remote Digital Marketing Manager for our fast-growing e-commerce startup focused on sustainable consumer goods, your role will involve spearheading our online presence and growth initiatives. You will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in India and will be responsible for managing all aspects of digital marketing with a proactive approach. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. - Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI and achieve lead generation and sales targets. - Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across our company blog, social media platforms, and other digital channels. - Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. - Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers. - Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and key marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics platforms. - Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement to senior management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web development, sales, and product management, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives. - Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation. - Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven ability to manage successful online campaigns. - Demonstrated expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. - Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and SEO tools. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling marketing copy. - Experience in e-commerce and knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) is highly desirable. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting. - Creative thinking and a passion for digital innovation. - Understanding of consumer behavior and digital marketing trends in the Indian market.
