Role Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager / Head will lead the digital strategy to strengthen Aurolab’s global brand presence across ophthalmology markets. The role focuses on digital campaigns, content strategy, platform development, brand visibility, and lead generation across international markets. The position will drive data-driven digital marketing initiatives, develop engaging scientific and product content, and build strong digital platforms to support global business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement digital marketing strategy for ophthalmology products and brands across global markets. • Manage and continuously improve the corporate website, digital platforms, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) performance. • Lead social media strategy across professional platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and healthcare-focused digital channels. • Drive digital engagement with ophthalmologists, surgeons, healthcare institutions, and global partners. • Develop scientific, educational, and product marketing content including product videos, webinars, case studies, digital brochures, and educational campaigns. • Lead content creation and storytelling strategies to enhance brand visibility and digital engagement. • Support digital platform development, including website enhancements, landing pages, campaign microsites, and digital engagement tools. • Manage digital marketing analytics, campaign performance, and ROI measurement. • Coordinate with product marketing, sales, clinical, and international teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives. • Lead digital marketing automation, CRM integrations, and lead generation management. • Monitor competitor digital strategies and market trends within the ophthalmology and medical device sectors. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field. • 10+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in pharma, healthcare, or medical devices. • Strong expertise in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing). • Experience managing corporate websites, digital platforms, and global digital campaigns. • Strong experience in content creation, digital storytelling, and scientific marketing communication. • Exposure to digital platform development, marketing automation tools, and CRM integration. • Experience in B2B marketing for healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device products is preferred. • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and campaign management skills.
