Digital Marketing - Senior Analyst Namshi is looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale a performance marketing channel end-to-end. This role requires strong analytical skills, commercial thinking, and hands-on campaign execution experience within e-commerce environments. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on marketing performance while driving measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities • Own a digital marketing channel end-to-end (planning, execution, optimization, reporting) • Manage campaign budgets and ensure performance against revenue and ROAS targets • Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and conversion funnels • Identify optimization opportunities through data analysis and testing • Work closely with product, analytics, finance, and creative teams • Build dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders • Drive incrementality through experimentation and structured testing • Support automation, tracking implementation, and attribution improvements Requirements • 4+ years of performance marketing experience • Experience in e-commerce or agency-side management of e-commerce clients • Strong numerical and analytical skills • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency • Experience with attribution tools and analytics platforms • Strong understanding of paid channels (Google, Meta, Snapchat, etc.) • Ability to independently manage budgets and performance targets • SQL knowledge is a strong plus Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India
