We’re looking for a performance-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in SEO, performance marketing, social media marketing, and AI-driven marketing. The right person will be comfortable managing clients, owning strategy, and delivering measurable growth. Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, ...  Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads • Lead SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical improvements, and high-quality link earning • Build and manage email marketing campaigns including automation flows, segmentation, and performance tracking • Execute AI and LLM-driven SEO initiatives such as programmatic content creation, intelligent clustering, and topic authority building • Plan and manage social media campaigns with analytics-driven decision making • Use AI tools for campaign optimization, audience insights, content generation, and reporting • Manage client communication end-to-end with clear strategy presentations and performance reviews • Track KPIs, manage budgets, and deliver weekly and monthly campaign reports • Work closely with design, content, and tech teams for seamless execution Skills and Experience • 4+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads • Strong SEO experience with deep understanding of on-page optimization, content strategy, and quality link earning • Experience in email marketing platforms and automation • Knowledge of LLM and AI-driven SEO and marketing tools • Strong analytical ability with experience in GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and tracking setup • Excellent communication and client management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects with ownership and clarity Nice to Have • Work experience in a digital agency environment • Basic conversion optimization, landing page and CRO understanding • Knowledge of design and content workflows
