About the job
Responsibilities • Creating online strategies & forecast expected results to ensure the acquisition, engagement & profitability in Home Credit consumer applications • Ownership and responsibility for driving all acquisition and engagement initiatives: managing network partners, google and Meta accounts, and work closely with CRM and campaign teams • Analyzing digital marketing data available through MMP and Data Science team • Creating and analyzing metrics to have a constant status on target reach (including Daily Active Users – DAU, Monthly Active Users – MAU, Downloads from targeted base, business from targeted base) and adapt the acquisition and engagement tactics as needed to reflect better results in main engagement KPIs and Revenue per User • Work closely with other business stakeholders in the definition of product features and requirements; raise development requests as and when needed • Act as a single point of contact for the engagement activity in the mobile app • Lead and support single / multiple projects independently and Subject matter expert in all areas of digital marketing • Present analyses, solutions and business cases to senior management • Be up to date with market trends on digital marketing and implement newer ideas in the company to boost performance. • Controlling marketing cost by optimizing campaigns on real time • Take ownership of billings and reconciliation for various partners pertaining to Digital Marketing Candidate Profile: • 8+ years of professional experience in digital marketing ideally in both acquisition and retention • Knowledge in managing and monitoring campaigns with defined audiences • Hands-on exposure to implementing campaigns on Google, Facebook, and programmatic platforms. • Exposure to using Adjust/Appsflyer (MMPs), Customer Engagement Platforms like Clevertap, • Use analytics tools to gain insights into customer behaviour and preferences, making data-driven recommendations for improvement in campaigns to drive customer awareness and engagement. Comfortable driving analysis using Google tools (Google Analytics/Firebase) • Implement A/B testing and other data-driven approaches to continually refine and improve acquisition and retention.
