This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist, located in Vasai-Virar. The role involves creating and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance online brand presence. Responsibilities include managing social media campaigns, analyzing web traffic and user behavior, optimizing online marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives. Additionally, the specialist will monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities • Personally edit and create marketing creatives (images, reels, videos, banners) • Manage and regularly update company accounts on: • LinkedIn • Instagram • Facebook • YouTube • Google Business Profile • Monitor and improve organic reach and engagement using platform algorithms • Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) • Maintain content calendar and ensure regular posting • Track analytics and continuously reduce cost per lead (CPL) • Keep all profiles updated with latest products, certifications, and company achievements • Coordinate with management for new product launches and promotional campaigns Photo & Video Editing Platforms (Hands-on Work Required) Candidate must personally work on: • Adobe Photoshop • Adobe Illustrator • Adobe Premiere Pro • After Effects • Canva (daily creatives)
