You’ll be solving for these problem statements: • Scalable Acquisition: End-to-end management of paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, Search, Display) with a relentless focus on scaling user growth while hitting efficiency targets • Full-Funnel Optimization: Leverage advanced event tracking, attribution models, and data funnel strategies to identify, engage, and retain high-value user cohorts • P&L & Capital Efficiency: Manage the marketing budget with a high-conviction, data-driven approach—optimising spend across channels to drive aggressive growth while maintaining strict CAC and LTV targets • Consumer Insights: Track daily campaign signals and consumer insights to identify leakage in the funnel, unlock scaling levers • Full-Funnel Alignment: Bridge the gap between high-impact marketing hooks and core product features to create a cohesive user experience that reduces churn and maximizes conversion • Operational Excellence: Build automated workflows for campaign distribution and stay ahead of the latest ad-tech and product innovations Here’s what we are looking for: • 2+ years of experience in high-scale digital acquisition, specifically mastering Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads • Proven ability to break down complex business problems into solvable pieces, leveraging data and metrics to drive continuous campaign and program improvements • Deep understanding of the digital media and tech startup ecosystems with an awareness of market-specific consumer behaviours • A product-centric mindset with the ability to navigate high-ambiguity situations and make calculated decisions that align with long-term business goals.
