Role Overview: We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist who can own client growth end-to-end—from diagnosing business problems to architecting full-funnel strategies and driving execution. This is not a social media management role. This is a high-impact position that sits at the intersection of Strategy, Storytelling, Analytics, and Client Leadership. You will be the bridge between a client’s business goals and our creative/technical execution teams. Core Responsibilities: • Digital Strategy & Planning • Analytics & Insight-Led Thinking • Client Strategy & Pitching • Content & Campaign Ideation • Execution & Team Collaboration Key Requirements: Must-Have: • 2–5 years of experience in a digital agency or strategic marketing role. • Narrative Power: Proven ability to build compelling PPT/Keynote presentations that tell a business story. • Full-Funnel Expertise: Deep understanding of social platforms, basic performance marketing, and lead gen funnels. • Analytical Rigor: Comfort with campaign metrics and the ability to derive "The Why" behind the data. • Client Management: Experience handling direct communication and presenting to stakeholders. Good to Have: • Experience in business development or pitching for new accounts. • Familiarity with the latest AI workflows for marketing productivity. • A background in consumer psychology or brand positioning.
