Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Digital Operations & Client Servicing - Executive. The selected candidate will actively manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include coordinating digital marketing campaigns, assisting in the development of presentations, and managing client accounts to meet agreed objectives. Collaboration across teams and delivering excellent customer service will be integral to the role. Qualifications • Strong experience in Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Service • Skills in Account Management and maintaining long-term client engagement • Ability to develop and deliver impactful Presentations • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in digital marketing concepts and tools is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
