Job Title: Digital Performance Marketer Location: Saki Naka, Andheri East About the Role: We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Performance Marketer to drive our digital initiatives across paid media, SEO, social media, and brand visibility. You will be responsible for leading campaigns, and managing a high-performing team to fuel brand growth and revenue. If you have 2-4 years of proven digital marketing leadership experience and a passion for innovation and performance, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: - Performance Marketing: Lead paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) with a focus on high ROI and strong ROAS. - SEO & Website Optimization: Manage SEO strategy and oversee website UX improvements. - Digital PR & Influencer Outreach: Build brand credibility through digital PR, influencer collaborations, and media partnerships. - Analytics & Optimization: Monitor campaign metrics, generate insights, and optimize strategies based on performance data. - Client Management: Handle onboarding, relationship management, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities for client accounts. - Team Building: Mentor, develop, and grow a high-performing digital marketing team. Required Skills: - Experience: 2-4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency or multi-brand environment. - Performance Expertise: Strong command over paid ads, SEO, social media management, and digital PR. - Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
