Job Description The Digital Product Manager/Owner for Enterprise Archive services involves setting priorities for this critical internal digital product within the organization. This includes translating the specific needs of business teams for archiving, disposing of, storing, and maintaining "archive class data" into valuable, feasible, and usable user stories, personas, user journeys, and user flows. The role requires deep collaboration with key partners such as Global Records Management, Tax, Legal, and IT teams to prioritize the product backlog, ensuring compliance with corporate retention policies, optimizing costs by decommissioning legacy systems, and making data-driven decisions based on complex, multivariable environments related to data lifecycle management. The role will also explore and integrate innovative solutions, such as AI for enhanced search and support, to continuously improve the Enterprise Archive offering. Position Responsibilities: • Define and align the strategy for Enterprise Archive solutions, ensuring adherence to P&G's corporate data retention policies, legal/tax compliance, and IT infrastructure strategy. The Ideal Candidate: • Is the "go-to" person for other teams in relation to digital products, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. • Possesses a deep understanding of customer needs and can translate them into valuable, feasible, and usable user stories.
