Role Overview: You are a high-performing Brand Partnerships / Digital Sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering long-term client relationships. Your role entails a deep understanding of digital ecosystems, content-led marketing, and brand collaboration strategies. Your main responsibility is to oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure, collaborating closely with internal creative and strategy teams to deliver impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Revenue & Sales Ownership - Drive content-led sales and revenue generation - Build and manage a strong sales pipeline - Own end-to-end deal closure - Business Development - Identify and onboard new clients and business opportunities - Generate leads through networking, outreach, and industry connections - Expand relationships with brands, agencies, and decision-makers - Client Engagement - Lead client presentations, pitches, and proposal development - Understand brand objectives and develop strategic solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored campaigns - Partnerships & Networking - Utilize existing brand and agency relationships - Establish long-term partnerships to drive repeat business - Stay informed about market trends in digital advertising and content Qualification Required for Ideal Candidate: - 8-15 years of experience in: - Brand Partnerships - Digital Sales / Ad Sales / Digital Advertising - Agency Sales / Brand Solutions - Strong existing network with brands and/or agencies in India - Proven track record in revenue generation and deal closure - Experience in content-driven or digital marketing solutions - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Self-driven with the ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline Preferred Background: Candidates from the following backgrounds will be highly relevant: - Media companies or digital agencies - Advertising networks or content platforms - B2B brands with strong partnerships experience
