Product Owner As a Senor Product Owner, you will have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new division created within one of the largest technology providers in the world. We are building the next generation of digital services companies and believe clients are ready for a more nimble, agile partner to deliver outcomes across the SFDC platform- including AgentForce, Sales, Service, Marketing, Vlocity, MuleSoft, Tableau, etc. How You’ll Help Us: • Lead discussions with stakeholders to understand business and user needs and translate them into technical requirements. • Design software solutions with user friendliness in mind, that are in line with business / market demands and delivers maximum efficiency and efficacy. • Maintain a backlog of user stories that meet the definition of ready. • Work cross-functionally to identify business and technical interdependencies. • Serve as agile/scrum product owner. • Build a strong partnership with software and quality engineers. • Frequently educate end-users and key stakeholders on the latest product features and their business benefits. Required Qualifications: • 8 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager • Minimum 5 years of experience in full software development life cycle.
