The Direct Sales Representative will manage daily tasks such as building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting and selling products, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting product training or demonstrations. Additionally, the role will involve developing sales strategies and meeting sales targets while maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Qualifications • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain productive client relationships • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Exceptional customer service capabilities and a client-focused mindset • Proficiency in sales and marketing techniques to promote and sell products effectively • Experience in conducting training and product demonstrations is a plus • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to meet sales targets • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with the medical and healthcare industry is advantageous
