Qualifications and Experience: Engineering graduates with an MBA from reputed institutions. Six Sigma Green Belt. 15- 8 years of experience of which at least 5 years in a leadership role. Handson experience with Industry 4.0/5.0 on – MES, Data Historian, Advanced Process Control (APC), Golden Batch Analytics, IIoT, AI/ML, Optimization, RPA/Bots, Predictive forecasting, GenAI etc. Job Role: 1. Drive the enterprise-wide Digital Strategy and Roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales etc. 2. Lead Digital Value Realization by creating and sustaining a robust pipeline of high-impact use cases, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and agreed criteria. 3. Champion implementation of advanced technologies including AI/ML, Generative AI, IoT, and Automation. 4. Drive operational excellence through rigorous project management, agile practices, and flawless execution of digital programs within defined timelines and budgets. 5. Build and Manage the Analytics portfolio 6. Automation of manufacturing and supply chain facilities through IoT, RPA, ZenAI and other emerging technologies 7. Manage budgets strategically, ensuring cost optimization, higher ROI, and effective utilization of internal and outsourced teams. 8. Build strong AI and Digital talent pool, lead organizational talent strategy, fostering internal capability development and building high-performing, motivated teams. 9. Track and report value realization through a defined framework, ensuring sustained benefits from delivered projects.
