We’re looking for a Director – Data Science to lead this charge—someone who thrives on solving complex problems, inspiring teams, and driving innovation that makes a real difference. What You’ll Do: • Lead with Vision: Define and execute our data science and AI strategy, aligning innovation with business goals. • Inspire & Mentor: Build, guide, and grow a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of curiosity and excellence. • Deliver Impact: Design and deploy machine learning models and advanced analytics solutions that solve real-world challenges. • Collaborate & Influence: Partner with internal leaders and clients to uncover opportunities, present insights, and shape decisions at the highest levels. • Drive Innovation: Explore emerging technologies—generative AI, deep learning, NLP—and bring them into practice. • Ensure Excellence: Oversee model development, validation, deployment, and MLOps practices to ensure reliability and scalability. • Champion Responsible AI: Promote ethical, transparent, and compliant use of data and AI across the organization. What We’re Looking For: • 12–18+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning. • At least 5 years leading data science teams or enterprise analytics programs. • Strong expertise in machine learning, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling. • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps frameworks. • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (PhD preferred). • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex insights into clear business strategies.
