About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 13 The Team: The Data & Distribution Program Management group supports the EDO Technology group to drive strategic initiatives and efficiencies systems (technology cost management, productivity, devops practices and thought leadership, etc.) The Program Management team is a group of program and project professionals responsible for guiding and supporting the technology function to deliver multi-year strategic technology initiatives and programs of work. As a team, we work across the Enterprise Data Office technology function and it’s associated stakeholders including software development, IT Infrastructure, and business management to provide structure and transparency to senior leadership. Responsibilities and Impact: As part of the Enterprise Data Office function, we play a critical role in managing and coordinating annual corporate audits and other compliance programs. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong analytical and communication skills who can demonstrate experience in establishing an operating model to support the organization in managing those commitments, both ongoing and any action plans developed as a result. Planning & Coordination• Partner with the internal audit and other corporate security team to gain visibility into upcoming audits and other compliance requirements and timelines. • Provide input on which technology platforms should be audited and help prioritize based on risk, impact, and business needs. • Maintain a centralized schedule of all planned audits and share visibility with relevant stakeholders.Stakeholder Engagement• Communicate upcoming audits and other compliance requirements to impacted platform teams and ensure they understand scope, expectations, and timelines. • Work with platform teams to incorporate these activities into their roadmaps and resource plans. • Providing information on RFI - Request for Information• Providing regular monthly status report to stakeholdersProgram Management of Audit Lifecycle• Coordinate submission of Self‑identified Audit issues – review and provide justification with date, ownership and plans• Coordinate and track all internal team deliverables throughout the audit process.• Partner with EDO technical teams to ensure that Audit Artifacts are technically correct• Participate in audit meetings as necessary and facilitate responses to audit inquiries.• Ensure timely confirmation and documentation of audit action plans.Remediation Tracking & Reporting• Monitor progress of audit remediation efforts, including timelines and status updates. • Escalate risks or delays in remediation to leadership as needed. • Provide regular reporting on audit status, findings, and remediation progress to leadership and stakeholders. • Review MAP closure artefacts and provide evidence to Audit for closuresContinuous Improvement• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to streamline audit preparation and execution. • Maintain lessons learned and best practices for future audits. What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: • Excellent written and oral communication skills• Analytical and well organized with a proven ability to work independently• Experience handling technology audits• 15+ years of relevant Project Management or Coordinator experience.• Strong problem-solving skills• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships• Flexibility and positive attitude towards meeting tight deadlines Additional Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in software development lifecycle or IT infrastructure• Experience in a financial markets• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, CPM, Lean Six Sigma Certification).
