Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning - Oversee end-to-end recruitment. 3. Employee Relations & Engagement - Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and harmonious work culture. 4. Learning & Development - Establish leadership development programs. 5. Performance Management - Lead the implementation of PMS systems. 6. Compensation & Benefits - Structure competitive compensation frameworks. 7. HR Policy, Compliance & Governance - Ensure adherence to statutory regulations. 8. HR Operations & Systems - Strengthen HR processes using HRMS tools.
