Learning & Development - Establish leadership development programs. 5. Performance Management - Lead the implementation of PMS systems. 6. Compensation & Benefits - Structure competitive compensation frameworks. 7. HR Policy, Compliance & Governance - Ensure adherence to statutory regulations. 8. HR Operations & Systems - Strengthen HR processes using HRMS tools.
