Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Design Product Development, based in Jodhpur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Director will lead product development initiatives, oversee research and development efforts, and ensure the successful management of product lifecycles. They will manage design and development teams, collaborate across departments, and implement innovative strategies to enhance product quality and market-impact. Qualifications • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in analyzing data to guide decision-making • Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and expertise in initiating and managing R&D processes • Proven skills in Product Management and Product Development, including launching and refining products • Effective Team Leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams • Strong problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage both in-office and remote teams • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Business, Engineering, or a related field
