As their Director of Product & Brand Marketing, you will play a crucial role in defining the company's identity, value proposition, and driving adoption and loyalty through emotional narratives. • *Role Overview:* As the Director of Product & Brand Marketing at The Mavericks Guild, your mission will be to lead the product marketing, brand strategy, and content engine efforts to ensure the company's success in a competitive landscape. • *Key Responsibilities:* - **Product Marketing (The What)** Own the launch lifecycle for new features, from beta testing to global rollout. Define the value proposition and competitive edge through positioning & messaging. Equip the sales team with necessary battle cards, pitch decks, and demos. Conduct deep-dive interviews and surveys to understand the Jobs to be Done (JTBD) for users. - **Brand Strategy (The Who)** Maintain and evolve the brand voice for consistency across all touchpoints. Monitor the cultural and competitive landscape to keep the brand relevant. Develop programs to turn customers into brand ambassadors. - **Content Engine (The How)** Lead the content strategy by creating high-quality thought leadership content. Oversee the creation of case studies, whitepapers, video scripts, and social content. Craft compelling email journeys with Growth teams to reduce churn and increase expansion. • *Qualifications Required:* - 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Content leadership roles. - Portfolio showcasing exceptional brand content and campaign creations. - Strong leadership, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Deep understanding of modern digital marketing, content SEO, and PR/media relations. - Proficiency in Project, Hubspot/Marketo (Automation), and basic data tools (Mixpanel/Amplitude). • *Additional Details:* - The ideal candidate for this role should possess a blend of creative genius and data-driven analysis skills. - They should enjoy the initial stage of projects, have a keen eye for quality, and take pride in delivering results.
