About the Role: As Director of Product Management, you will define and execute the strategic vision for how customers interact with our digital health and pharmacy ecosystem. You will lead cross-functional teams in India and the U.S. to develop best-in-class experiences across pharmacy ecommerce, healthcare payments, and Sincerely Health, our digital health, wellness, and rewards platform. This role requires a strong background in e-commerce product management and UX optimization. You will be responsible for driving innovation and optimizing engagement with digital health and pharmacy experiences to drive revenue, customer retention, and lifetime value. The selected candidate will be based in the following work location: Bengaluru, India Main responsibilities: • Strategic Leadership & Vision • Define and execute a long-term roadmap for the digital platform, Digital Pharmacy and Sincerely Health, that drives conversion, retention, and repeat engagement. • Drive alignment with senior stakeholders across engineering, design, and business teams to create a frictionless customer experience. • Champion a data-driven approach to innovation, leveraging analytics, user behavior insights, and competitive research to inform product decisions. • Champion the needs of customers, business teams, and stakeholders, ensuring digital products meet the goals and objectives. Ability to operate in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity and provide solid recommendations. • Product Execution & Optimization • Oversee the development of digital pharmacy features, recommendation engines, and dynamic Sincerely Health pages to drive engagement and sales. • Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to build new features and user workflows. • Optimize digital engagement, reducing friction points and enhancing monthly active usage through continuous A/B testing and data-driven iteration. • Data & Performance Optimization • Define and track key user experience KPIs, such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and retention metrics. • Conduct usability studies, heatmap analysis, and customer feedback loops to continuously refine and improve the shopping experience. • Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of customer obsession and innovation. • Act as a thought leader in the organization, advocating for best-in-class shopper experience initiatives and securing buy-in from executive leadership. • Work cross-functionally with engineering, UX, data, and business teams to execute high-impact projects in a global, fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Skills: • 10+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on shopper experience, e-commerce, or digital marketplaces. • Proven track record in defining, launching, and optimizing product experiences. • Deep expertise in pharmacy, retail healthcare, and e-commerce systems. • Strong understanding of algorithms, NLP, and ranking models to improve discoverability and engagement. • Experience in A/B testing, behavioral analytics, and conversion rate optimization to drive data-backed decision-making. • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
