Skills and Qualifications • 10-12 years of experience in program management, preferably in workforce management or related fields. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams. • Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels. • Experience with workforce management software and analytics tools to optimize resource allocation and performance.
