Role Overview We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Director of Sales to lead our sales organization, drive revenue growth, and strengthen DSR Group’s market leadership in real estate. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned sales leader passionate about property sales, team building, and revenue strategy. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Develop and execute the sales strategy for all verticals. 🔹 Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences 🔹 Build strong client relationships with channel partners, brokers, corporate accounts, and HNI buyers 🔹 Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize sales funnels, pricing strategies, and conversion rates 🔹 Forecast sales performance, analyse market trends, and present insights to the senior leadership team 🔹 Represent DSR Group at key industry events, exhibitions, and client engagements Ideal Candidate Profile ✔ 10+ years of proven sales leadership experience in real estate / property / construction / related sectors ✔ Track record of achieving ambitious sales goals in highly competitive markets ✔ Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills ✔ Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability ✔ Customer-focused, energetic, and results-driven ✔ Experience managing large teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
