Role Description This is a full-time and on-site role for a Director of Sales/Associate Director of Sales/Sales Manager located at the Hard Rock Hotel Goa in Calangute. The Director/Manager is responsible for driving sales and revenue by developing and executing effective sales strategies. This includes managing client accounts, fostering relationships, leading negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets while representing the brand and its values. Qualifications • Proven expertise in sales strategy, client relationship management, and account development • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Experience in team leadership, collaboration within cross-functional teams, and goal-oriented performance • Hospitality or hotel industry experience is highly preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
