About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments • Minimum 12 years of experience in software or data analytics engineering leadership roles with a passion for building products, with at least 4 years in people leadership experience. • Proven success leading AI/ML initiatives and embedding AI capabilities into enterprise products. • Strong expertise in cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, or GCP), data architecture, data modeling, Analytics and platform engineering. • Good to have experience in one or more of the following Java, Python, Angular, and microservices architecture. • Good to have Prior experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS), Docker, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines. • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks), and Big Data technologies. • Prior Experience with Gen AI, LLM’s, Agentic AI, MCP will be a big plus • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field. It would be great if you also had . . . • Experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare is a plus but not required — passion for business impact is essential.
