Role Overview Director – Sales / Senior Sales Manager (APAC Staffing & Recruitment) Location: India (APAC Market Focus – Hong Kong & Southeast Asia) We are seeking a Director – Sales / Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our IT Staffing & Recruitment business across the APAC region , with a strong focus on Hong Kong and key Asian markets. The role will be based in India and will own regional revenue growth, enterprise client acquisition, and long-term strategic partnerships. This position plays a critical role in scaling Nityo’s APAC staffing footprint and driving cross-border staffing solutions for global and regional clients. Key Responsibilities • Drive end-to-end sales for IT Staffing & Recruitment services across APAC , with primary focus on Hong Kong • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets • Identify, prospect, and onboard enterprise and mid-market clients across Hong Kong and APAC • Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Procurement teams • Own and grow existing client accounts, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships • Work closely with recruitment delivery teams to ensure successful closures and timely fulfillment • Track APAC market trends , competitor activity, pricing models, and client hiring patterns • Own the sales pipeline , forecasting, reporting, deal closures, and governance • Represent the organization in client meetings, regional events, and industry forums • Mentor and guide junior sales team members and support regional team scaling Required Experience & Skills • 8–20 years of experience in Sales / Business Development • Mandatory experience in IT Staffing & Recruitment sales • Strong exposure to APAC staffing markets , with hands-on experience in Hong Kong • Proven track record of individual contribution and/or team-led revenue growth • Experience selling contract staffing, permanent hiring, and recruitment solutions • Strong understanding of cross-border staffing models, regional compliance, and client expectations • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently and take ownership of APAC sales charter from India Language Requirements • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) • Ability to work confidently with international and multicultural stakeholders Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience with global or multinational staffing firms • Existing client network in Hong Kong / APAC IT & Enterprise space • Experience setting up or scaling new regions or sales territories • Exposure to BFSI, Technology, Product, or Global Capability Center (GCC) hiring What We Offer • Senior leadership role with high ownership and regional visibility • Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives • Opportunity to build and scale APAC staffing business from India • Collaborative, fast-growing, and globally connected organization
