𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: Director / Senior Director – Business Development (Credit Rating) Location: Bangalore Department: Business Development & Origination Experience: 20–23 years (including 10–15 years in a Credit Rating Agency) Salary: Up to ₹45 LPA 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 We’re looking for a senior business leader to spearhead high-impact business development initiatives across Large Corporates, Mid-Corporates, Financial Institutions, and Structured Finance segments. This role requires strong relationships in the financial ecosystem, deep understanding of credit rating processes, and the ability to drive high-value mandates by engaging CXOs and financial intermediaries. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 Identify and acquire new business opportunities across corporate and financial sectors, driving rating mandates. Engage with Promoters, CFOs, Treasurers, Bankers, Investment Bankers, and Consultants to originate and convert opportunities. Lead client pitches, presentations, and discussions on rating methodologies and value propositions. Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key clients and financial market intermediaries. Track market trends, regulatory updates (SEBI/RBI), fund-raising activities, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with rating and analytical teams for seamless execution and superior client servicing. Represent the organisation at industry forums, conferences, and investor networking events. Lead, guide, and mentor BD/Origination teams to achieve business targets. Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance, and internal process standards. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 Strong track record in business development within Credit Rating Agencies. Deep understanding of corporate credit, fund-raising trends, and the financial market ecosystem. Ability to build trusted relationships with CXOs, bankers, and financial intermediaries. Strategic thinking, strong communication, and leadership capabilities. Proven ability to drive revenue growth and lead high-performing teams.
