About the Role As Director / Senior Manager of program management and operations, you will provide operational support and leadership for the Sales Development Team. Key Responsibilities • Operational Leadership: Oversee key operational processes, ensuring e iciency, scalability, andalignment with business objectives. • Program Management: Own the full program lifecycle—planning, execution, delivery, and post-implementation review—ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to qualitystandards. • Process Optimization & Innovation: Identify, design, and implement process improvements andautomation opportunities, leveraging technology and AI to drive productivity and eliminate bottlenecks. • Sales Operations Excellence: Oversee execution and continuous improvement of sales operations,including campaign management and performance tracking. • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define, monitor, and report on KPIs; use analytics and reporting tools toidentify trends, mitigate risks, and inform operational decisions. • Change Management: Lead and champion change initiatives to support business transformation andoperational excellence. • People Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team; foster aninclusive, accountable, and high-performance culture; proactively address people issues and supportcareer growth. Qualifications & Experience • 10–12 years of experience in B2B sales, sales operations, or business/program operations, with at least 5years in a senior leadership role. • Demonstrated success managing large, distributed teams and complex operational structures in a salesor sales operations role. • Proven experience in end-to-end program management, including risk management and cross-functionalproject delivery. • Strong understanding of technology, automation, and AI, and their application in process improvement. • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus. • Advanced proficiency in CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Power BI). • Exceptional communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).
