Director – Strategic Enterprise Accounts (India GCC) Travel: NCR, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad — plus U.S./Europe as needed Reports to: SVP - Enterprise Accounts (Toronto) High performers may be considered for relocation to Canada (within 2-4 years) About TechBlocks TechBlocks is a global digital engineering and AI-native consulting firm building cloud, data, and AI platforms for Fortune 500 and high-growth enterprises across Retail, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, and Industrial IoT. We are hiring a hands-on, highly technical Director of Strategic Enterprise Accounts to lead and grow relationships for clients operating Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India. What You’ll Do • Lead executive relationships with CTOs, VP Engineering, Directors & Managers across India GCCs. • Manage multi-year engineering programs competing directly with top global IT services firms (Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, Capgemini, Accenture, etc.). • Oversee cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, data engineering, and modernization initiatives delivered from India. • Run rigorous governance: resourcing, hiring pipelines, risks, budgets, QBRs, and escalations. • Work across distributed teams in India, the U.S., and Europe, ensuring alignment and delivery excellence. • Visit client offices frequently across major metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad). • Collaborate deeply with RMG, PMO, Delivery Leaders, and TechBlocks executives to resolve issues within hours, not days. • Influence long-term transformation roadmaps and identify growth opportunities. What We’re Looking For • 15+ years in IT services/digital engineering, managing Fortune 500 clients at scale. • Experience operating in competitive environments against global consulting firms. • Highly technical — able to understand and articulate requirements in: Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps & platform engineering, AI/ML & LLM ecosystems, Data engineering & analytics. • Strong experience working in multi-stakeholder, multi-geo environments (U.S., India, Europe). • Prior work experience or travel exposure in the U.S. and/or Europe is highly desirable. • Must come from technology services/software engineering, not infrastructure or licensing backgrounds. • Hands-on operator who thrives in fast-moving, high-accountability environments. • Top performers who demonstrate cultural alignment and leadership maturity may be considered for relocation to Canada.
