Job Description- Leadership Role Location – Bangalore Experience: • Minimum 6+ years of CRA experience with a total of 15+ years of professional experience. Location: Bangalore Qualification: MBA (Finance) / MBA (Marketing) Job Responsibilities – Business Development Under the guidance of the Reporting Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties: • Lead the development and execution of the company’s business development strategies and ensure their effective implementation. • Meet performance targets as set by the Reporting Officer. • Adhere to the company’s policies and Code of Conduct. • Ensure proper talent management for the employees reporting to you, both currently and in the future, in alignment with approved business development strategies. • Contribute to the overall growth of the company. • Monitor and assess risk/security issues related to business development activities. • Ensure the implementation of effective internal controls and management information systems related to your areas of activity. • Discharge responsibilities lawfully and ethically. • Keep the Reporting Officer informed and provide sufficient information to facilitate appropriate decision-making. • Manage client relations and client service. • Develop and manage relationships with senior bankers, investment bankers, financial institutions, mutual funds, trade associations, government ministries, MSMEs, microfinance institutions, maritime training institutes, and mid & large corporates as directed by the Reporting Officer. • Build and maintain relationships with corporates, business entities, consultants, and merchant bankers. • Assist in brand-building initiatives. • Submit weekly MIS reports on business development to the Whole Time Director & CEO. • Ensure strict adherence to timelines.
