Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dispatcher role located in Mohpa. The Dispatcher will coordinate and schedule transportation services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods. Responsibilities include managing logistics communication, tracking shipments, and addressing any issues or disruptions in real-time. The role involves collaborating with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to streamline operations and maintain service quality. The Dispatcher will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Qualifications • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with drivers, clients, and teams. • Strong organizational and time-management skills for scheduling and managing routes effectively. • Proficiency in logistics software, tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address delays, issues, or conflicts in real-time. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with transportation regulations and safety standards. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus. • Experience in dispatching or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
