The District Program Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of developmental programs. They will collaborate with team members to ensure timely achievement of project milestones, prepare reports, and coordinate resources effectively. They will also act as a key point of contact between local communities, stakeholders, and the organization, driving impactful growth and development initiatives. Qualifications • Leadership, project planning, and stakeholder management skills • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities • Proficiency in data analysis, monitoring, and reporting • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Experience in community development or a similar field is preferred • Ability to travel within the district and work collaboratively with diverse communities • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field • Knowledge of regional language and cultural sensitivity is a plus
