District Program Manager

About the job

The District Program Manager will oversee Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) program implementation across all blocks of Uttar Pradesh. They will work closely with Basic Shiksha Adhikari (BSA), DIET, Block Education Officers (BEOs) to ensure effective execution. This position requires a team leader who can plan & execute district-level trainings & workshops, monitor progress via regular field visits, analyze data at school, district, & state levels, facilitate cross-team coordination & review meetings, and collaborate with local officials & SRGs, BEOs.
