Role Purpose Lead and scale Purplle’s regional channel distribution across North India by driving offline sales growth, expanding and optimizing distribution networks, owning regional P&L, and building high-performing teams across GT and MT channels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Own regional channel distribution strategy, AOPs, and P&L for North India. • Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability across offline channels. • Build, scale, and strengthen distribution networks (CFAs, distributors, retail partners). • Oversee primary & secondary sales, collections, and trade investments. • Lead geo-expansion, counter additions, and outlet-level productivity. • Execute go-to-market strategies, including product launches and promotions. • Develop and lead large, multi-layered sales teams (RSMs, ASMs, SOs, field force). • Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to ensure execution excellence. • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and corrective action plans to leadership. Key Skills & Experience • 10–15 years of experience in regional channel distribution / offline sales (FMCG, Beauty, Retail). • Strong P&L ownership, channel management, and trade marketing expertise. • Proven ability to build, scale, and lead multi-state teams. • Experience across GT, MT, and distributor-led models. • Strategic, execution-focused leader with strong stakeholder management skills.
